A Passion for Design, Research, and Education

My work sits across design, research and education, bringing together more than 20 years of experience in the creative industries and education. These areas have increasingly become interconnected in my practice, shaping how I approach research, teaching and creative work.

I'm particularly interested in immersive media and XR as ways of exploring stories, identity, culture and lived experience. My work often draws on cultural heritage and personal or community narratives, using creative technologies to explore experiences that can be difficult to communicate through more conventional forms.

Across my research and creative practice, I'm interested in how technology can create space for different voices and perspectives, and how immersive experiences can encourage reflection, connection and new ways of understanding the world around us.
